Valentina Even Glow Serum #Review #Tomoson #Amazon

I received 2 bottles of Valentina Even Glow Serum to review. The first bottle seemed to have expired due to the Organic nature of the product. This leaves me with nothing but respect for this company, because I know that they truly care about their product by using ingredients that are capable of expiring. I don't want to put anything in or outside of my body that needs a preservative. I prefer all natural and GMO free products. Valentina was gracious enough to send me a new bottle to review because the delightful orange fresh scent had expired. I honestly don't know the shelf life of their products, this is something that you would need to ask Valentina Brand, but the fact that it has one is a gold star in my book.
Just look at that beautiful orange serum, it's thick and smells like fresh oranges. The bottle states that it is 20% Vitamin C. I took before and after pics to show the results and although they are minimal because I only used the product about a week, I think with any serum if you give it it's full potential of at least 3-4 weeks, it will show you it's full benefits.

BEFORE
AFTER

I do see minor improvements with the fine lines and near my mouth area. Like I said, if I use this the full 3-4 weeks, I feel that I would see much better gains. The product just didn't have enough time to see the full benefit in this short time.  Overall, I'm happy with the results and happy with the product and Organic benefits.

The Desheddinator 2 in 1 (Medium) - Pet, Rake - Comb - Brush Grooming Tool #FreeforReview #Amazon

I love my Lexi! She fills a spot in our lives with unconditional love and laughter that proves she really is "man/woman's" best friend. The only problem that we have with our lovable ball of fur is that she sheds like no dog I have ever seen. What I don't understand is that she is a short haired lab, and I didn't think short haired labs shed so much, but boy, was I mistaken! Our floors literally need to be swept up every day. Her hair gets into everything, it's awful. We have tried deshedding shampoo and brushed her after baths to get as much hair off of her as we could and still, hair everywhere.

So, when I was asked to review the desheddinator I was very happy because I had never tried a deshedding brush on my dog. This brush has two sides, it flips to a brush and then to a shedding tool.

My husband spent 5 minutes, that was it, he spent about 3-4 minutes using the deshedding tool on her and then flipped to the brush and finished brushing her out. Her coat was so pretty and you could tell that she didn't have fur ready to fly off of her. I noticed my floor was clean last night. I am one happy momma!

Doesn't she look happy?

Handy Armor iPhone6 Bumper Case #armorcasebumper #tomoson

This flexible but durable iPhone cover/case is clear and states that it is scratch resistant. So far I haven't had any issues with scratches and I have had it a couple of weeks or so. If you have a clear case, you know how irritating scratches can be on them. Even worse is how difficult it can be to get a case on and off of your phone. This case is so easy to get on and off because it is so flexible, I love that!! I have always owned such difficult case covers that need a tool to get them on and off. I literally have had to take my phone to a dealer to remove my case. That's just ridiculous. I appreciate that if dirt or debris gets under my phone, that I can remove it myself to clean it with a soft cloth. This flexible case makes that easy to do now. I don't drop my phone very often, so I can't speak to the protective feature of this product, but I am truly happy about the ease of taking it on and off and the scratch resistant coating.

If you are looking for simplicity, ease and scratch resistance, then you might want to check this case out. It's lightweight and I like the smooth texture of the case instead of the rubbery feel that you feel in other cases.

Adeline Organic Eye Serum #Adeline #Tomoson

Adeline Organic Eye Serum is a clear serum that doesn't have any real scent. I don't mind that, I don't need that for my face anyway. It has Aloe Leaf Juice, Sunflower Seed Oil, Chamomile Extract and something they call Eyebright Extract. The serum is very soft and gentle on your skin. You don't have to use very much, just a small drop and smooth it into the eye area. I happen to have dark circles under my eyes, I don't sleep well at night, so I can't seem to get rid of my dark circles.  The skeptic that I am, I always need proof so I took before and after photos. It did work on my dark circles! I was very happy about that. I don't like to walk around looking like a zombie from no sleep all the time. No one likes to look haggard and tired all the time, especially as we age. Of course I love that this product has a lot of Organic ingredients in it and it does what it said it would do.

Here are the before and after photos:

Before, you can see the dark circle forming inside from my inner eye area

This is after just over 1 weeks use. It really brightened up the dark circle from lack of sleep. Whatever the Eyebrightener is seems to really work. At least it did for me.  I'm going to keep using it.

Slim Extreme 3D Thermo Active Shaping Serum #ProductReview #EvelineCosmetics

This shaping gel is a tinted red color and has a nice floral scent. The product almost immediately has a warming effect on the skin. It reminds me of ICY HOT without the ICY part. Only a bit more intense. After 3 applications I just couldn't tolerate the intense heat that it produced. I tried to get it off with soap and water but it had already absorbed and I just had to deal with the stinging heat. I don't have varicose veins or anything of that sort, so I shouldn't be allergic to the product, it simply had a very strong effect on me.  I took before and after pics of my buttocks and thighs and because of the private nature of those photos, do not intend to share them with you. The results were negligible. I can only say that being fair to the product,  maybe a longer term use it might have produced a better result if I had used it longer, but I simply could not get past the intense heat that it produced. It didn't make my skin red, because it absorbed into my skin, it was underneath the top layer that felt the heat, so there was no actual allergic reaction noted.

The positive notes of the product are the scent, it's light and floral and the product is Paraben Free.

Midori Spring Matcha Organic Ceremonial (GOLD) Green Tea #ForReview #Free

*Disclosure: I am not affiliated, related or associated with Midori Spring in any way. I have only received a free product sample to give a 100% unbiased opinion. My opinions are my own and are based on my experience with the product alone. This is an honest and fair review of this product*

When I first opened the tightly sealed, pull tab lid of the Matcha Green Tea it burst forth with a very fragrant scent of something quite earthy. When you look inside the powdered tea it is a very bright green, it's really quite a beautiful color. I appreciate that Midori Springs is GMO free, Gluten free and USDA certified Organic. It states on the can that it is a product of Japan. The instructions for use are on the side of the can, but I've gone to their website to give you a better description below. This is the Quick Method.  You really want the froth to get a good rich flavor of the tea.
Quick Method
What you need: Mug, Small Wire Whisk or Milk Frother, Teaspoon
1. Place 0.75 to 1 teaspoon (3.75g to 5g) of Midori Spring Matcha in mug, avoid clumps.
2. Pour 60mL/2oz of hot water (72-76°c, 162-169°f) into mug and whisk briskly in a “W” motion until fine foam appears. The whisk should not scratch the bottom of the mug. Can use a small wire whisk or milk frother.
3. Sip and Enjoy!

I tried this method and to be honest, it really wasn't for me. It was just a bit too earthy. What I mean by that is, if you have ever tasted straight green tea or Matcha tea for that matter you know what I'm talking about, it's almost a grassy flavor. That's just the best way I know how to describe it. Let me be clear, I want to bring the best products and the best of anything that I can into my body, especially green tea, Matcha to be exact, with it's benefits and properties. I have an auto-immune disorder that causes inflammation in my body, so this is exactly what I want for me personally, I don't like traditional medicine. What I decided to do with this tea was to make smoothies out of it. It really was quite wonderful. If you are a smoothie drinker like I am, you will love the added earth undertone to your smoothie. Bonus, you will know what amazing benefits you are adding to your body!

Here is a short list:

Knowing I can have just this short list of benefits, why not add it to my smoothies? Besides the fact that I already know it reduces inflammation in the body and for me, this in particular is all the reason that I need to keep drinking Matcha. Honestly, I haven't tried it before this, but I'm happy about the fact the Midori Springs is GMO free and Organic and that's enough for me to keep going back. Now that's just my opinion.

What do you think about Matcha green tea and how do you like it's flavor? I know I'm sold on it's health benefits. Let me know your thoughts.

OZ Naturals Vitamin C 20% Anti Aging Serum #Free #For Review

*Disclosure: I am not affiliated, related or associated with OZ Naturals in any way. I have only received a free product sample to give a 100% unbiased opinion. My opinions are my own and are based on my experience with the product alone.*

I'm turning 50 this year, if you have read any part of my blog, you know this about me. My skin isn't what it use to be. I have fine lines, some age spots and my skin is starting to sag a little bit. I tell you this to share with you the fact that we can't stay young forever, I'm sure we are all aware of this. But there are steps we can take to keep ourselves healthy and our skin looking nice for as long as we can. By eating a clean, healthy diet, this is the first step. I do my best to eat, Organic, GMO free foods, although this is not always possible 100% of the time. It's still about mindset and choice in everyday life. As far as skin care, this happens from the inside out. I do believe what we eat reflects in our skin. This is why I do my best to eat foods that will not have an inflammatory effect on my skin.

Even when it comes to what I apply on my skin, that matters to me as well. I do my best to avoid parabens and other things that mess with your hormones. OZ Naturals has natural ingredients and uses 20% Vitamin C in their product. I'm always a skeptic about trying anything new, especially anything that lays claim to helping with wrinkles, fine lines or anything with anti-aging. If I don't see it with my own eyes, I'm just not going to believe it. In this case, I took a before and after picture so I could be certain of the results of this product. Honestly, I was quite shocked. I've tried over the counter and high quality department store products that didn't do squat for me.  But, amazingly enough, this product worked. Holy cow, it worked!! I have pictures to prove it! I only used the product for 7 days, that's not that much time, but you will see the difference for yourself.

BEFORE:

AFTER 7 DAYS:

The fine lines and wrinkles, are gone. I still have my freckles, those are mine and a few tiny age spots, but I'd say this is a pretty great result. I have never got a result like this from any other product.

Let me describe what OZ Naturals is like. It's a very clear, light serum. You have to be fast with rubbing it into your skin, it's almost like water, very thin, not much of a fragrance either, which I don't mind. I run the glass dropper across the top of my cheekbone and lightly squeeze the bulb so I don't miss any of the serum as it runs down my cheek. I quickly rub it in a circular motion upward. My method seemed to work just fine. I'm very happy with the results and look forward to what the next few weeks will bring.

AVO ESSENTIALS Lavender oil review #sponsored #free product

DISCLOSURE: This product was sent to me free for review. I am not related or affiliated with this company.

First off, I want to say that I have always loved the smell of lavender. However, not everything smells like lavender. People try to copy the true scent of lavender in room sprays and candles all the time and fail miserably. Real lavender is pure and will clear your nasal passages. It will help soothe a migraine and soothe your mind to help you sleep.

When I received my very LARGE glass bottle with the glass dropper from AVO of 100% PURE therapeutic grade lavender oil and from Bulgaria no less, right off, I was impressed. Glass versus plastic tells me that they care about their product. If you know the difference, you know that plastic gathers dirt and dust and your oil will gather all of these particles simply because of the crap plastic that the product is concealed in. Not only does AVO use a glass bottle, but they take the next step, by using a glass dropper. They don't cut corners anywhere. I can tell they love their product and they love what they do.

When I opened the cap I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful aroma of the pure, yet intense fragrant smell of lavender. It truly will clear your sinuses if you are stuffy. The back note has a hint of eucalyptus. Now that could just be me, but that's what I smell. The side of the bottle says that not only could you use it for headaches and massage, but you could use it for an insect repellent. Now, I had never heard of this, and we get these tiny sugar ants every summer, so I'm on a mission. I'll let you know how it works out.

Let me tell you how I used my lavender oil. I put on a set of fresh bed sheets and before putting on my pillow cases, I put a few drops of lavender oil on my pillows. Believe me, you really don't want to use more than a few drops, it's all you need, it's that potent. My bed smelled like a spa and it really did help with my sleep. I suffer from insomnia quite often, so I can truly attest to the fact that this did affect my sleep in a positive way. I don't think people give enough credit to aromatherapy, but there is something soothing and quite wonderful about lavender. PURE lavender mind you.

Next, I have noticed that my hair has been thinning. I already have fine hair so this really annoys me. I found that if you use hexane free castor oil on your hair, it will help it thicken back up and grow. If you have ever smelled this stuff, you know it stinks. Well, not with a few drops of this awesome AVO Lavender oil. Of course, you don't need more than just 2-3 drops in about 1/4 cup of the castor oil mix. I keep this on my bathroom counter and put this on my hair a couple of nights a week. Now instead of smelling like castor oil, I smell like this beautiful fresh lavender. I actually read that lavender itself helps with hair loss, so win/win!

I will be using AVO as a massage oil for my temples when I get a migraine. I'll be heading to my local health food store to purchase a quality oil to use with it. AVO is all natural and you don't want to use it directly on your skin. The benefits of this is how long your bottle of lavender oil will last and the many uses you will get out of it.  Here is just a small list that I found for you:

I plan to use it in my bathwater with epsom salt and to freshen my laundry. This is liquid gold in a bottle and can help with so many things and this 4 fl oz bottle is going to last me a while. I'm sold on the high quality and the level of pride that AVO has put into their product. When my bottle is empty, I won't turn anywhere else but AVO.

Vita Sciences Maxasorb B12 Cream Review "Sponsered Post" "Powered by BrandBacker"

*Disclosure: I am not affiliated, related or associated with Vita Sciences in any way. I have only received a free product sample to give a 100% unbiased opinion. My opinions are my own and are based on my experience with the product alone.*

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a complimentary 1.7 oz pump bottle of Vita Sciences Maxasorb B12 Cream. It's a light, smooth, creamy, pink colored cream that smells lightly of mint and absorbs instantly. It is noted that each application has 320 micrograms of Vitamin B12, 120 micrograms of Vitamin B3 and 10 micrograms of Folate. I noticed right away upon opening the box that this product is PARABEN FREE. If you know about Parabens, you know this is great that they care about their customers to make this a Paraben free product. I'm very happy to see this.

If you're anywhere near my age, as I've mentioned before, I'm turning 50 this year and have had labs recently that revealed low B and D levels. On a daily basis, I feel as if I run on empty. I have tried so many things to help alleviate this issue, but nothing seems to help. Literally NOTHING! When I received this product in the mail, I didn't have the opportunity to open it the first day because my youngest daughter and grandson were very sick. Her little family came to spend the night with us, while me and my husband took care of our grandson that night. We didn't get a lot of sleep, adding to my already low level of energy. Feeling complete exhaustion the next day, I reached for the Vita Sciences Maxasorb B12 and rubbed it into my skin. I could actually feel it stimulating through my veins. I am not exaggerating here, I'm very sensitive to things and I could feel it. Let me explain it this way. Have you ever been really hungry and sat down to eat a meal and you could feel the nutrients hit your body? That's what it felt like! I could feel it. Within just a few minutes I had increased energy. Because I didn't expect it, having tried so many things in the past and all of it had let me down and failed me before, this was actually quite shocking to me. Now, I wasn't ready to go run a marathon or anything and it didn't make my heart race, but it gave me enough energy after that long night with our grandson, that I didn't even need to nap!

I tried the product again the next day and although I wasn't as fatigued, it didn't quite hit me the same, it did give me the same energy as before. I was pleasantly surprised and knew that I had found an answer to my low energy levels after these past few years of searching.

B12 does so much for our bodies, especially as we age. I found this list and thought it might an interesting read.

#complimentary #sample #review #VitaSciences #MaxasorbB12 "Sponsered Post" "Powered by BrandBacker"

This will be going on my list of "must haves" as I have felt the results and I know what they have done for me. Going forward it will be part of my daily vitamin regimen for health and energy.

I would like to add that this past week, our entire family fought a horrible flu. I missed a couple of days of using the product but as soon as I felt well enough again and used it, my energy spiked right back up. I noticed the difference between me and my husband who was still unable to do much of anything, still suffering from the fatigue of the flu. It even gave me an extra boost to do a little extra, that even he wasn't able to do, which is not the norm in our house. This really speaks volumes to me.

If you are have had your labs done recently and your low in B or your nearing 50 and just need a boost, I highly recommend that you check this product out. I cannot say enough good things about this product.

Ashley Black Faceblaster

I recently had the opportunity to review the Ashley Black Faceblaster and I want to share my experience with you. I have the large blaster...
