Milliard Office Ball Chair Adjustable Fitness Exercise Seat for Office Yoga Stability Balance and Strength Training (Misc.)

I didn't expect this chair to be as comfortable as it was. Looking at the photo online, it looks a bit odd, but personally I use my yoga ball 3-4 days a week and do stretches for my back that was injured in November so I know now how comfortable the yoga ball is to sit on for stretching. What I didn't expect was how comfortable the small back piece would be, it sits exactly where I need it to be and makes you sit the way you need to for good posture and back alignment. You can adjust whether or not you want the back support in a back or forward slant. The directions also give you some yoga stretches, but remember to lock your wheels into place. There is a bar that keeps the ball into place as well, I thought it might get in the way, but it doesn't bother me at all. My daughter and I both put this together and we had it done in about 15-20 minutes between the two of us. The hardest part was lining up the two knob screws connecting the seat bar. Two blondes putting an office ball chair together, it was a lot of fun. This can reduce a lot of back stress when doing computer work, reading or basic office work such as filing that causes you to bend for long periods of time. Really a great idea for someone like me with a bad back. *my daughter who is a fitness guru is posing in a photo on the chair for me*
