Exquizon 5018D LED Home Theater Projector (3000 Lumens, Native Resolution HD 1280x800p

Exquizon 5018D LED Home Theater Projector (3000 Lumens, Native Resolution HD 1280x800p, Speaker Output, USB/HDMI/VGA/RGB Input), White

We love home theater night at my house because we have a huge loft and our kids and grandkids come over and it's like a night at the movies!
We all have dinner together and decide what movie we want to watch and then I make popcorn and the kids pick out a snack and we all get a drink, some of us adults grab a beer or make a frozen mixed drink and we head for the loft. I have one very huge wall that is perfect for use as screen.

The Exquizon projector was a bit tricky trying to figure out how to hook up to the DVD player, we had to hand it over to my son for that part so honestly, I can't tell you what he did. He set that part up.

The projector comes with a remote which gives basic function for volume or rewind/fast forward. This also comes with all of your basic cords such as: AV cable, VGA Cable, Power adapter and DTB-T12 cable. The manual has multiple languages so you have to scroll through to find the one that's right for you.

The lens is adjustable allowing you to zoom in/out so you have a clearer screen based on the position/location of the projector. The legs are adjustable up/down by simply screwing or unscrewing so you can simply lift the front of the projector by the legs by adjusting the legs.

I was mostly impressed the resolution and clarity of the projector, we have a couple of other projectors, one I gave to my son and the other we still have, it's about average as far as resolution. However, the sound quality of the other one is better. I wasn't very impressed with the sound quality on this one and we will be using our own speakers. I prefer a clearer projector for movie night with my family and I'll deal with the sound part because we already have our own speakers so that's not an issue for us. But, I would suggest that this issue be corrected. Maybe it's only mine? It just isn't that clear and sounds a bit muffled even though there wasn't anything near the projector to cause this. There is a sound to the fan which you hear kick on right away, but his has nothing to do with the sound quality.

Overall, I'm happy with the projection quality and how clear our movies show up on our wall.  I think this is priced within reason if the speakers are working correctly.

I did receive this as a promo sample to test and share my honest and fair opinion. All opinions are my own whether positive or negative and are not influenced by this promotion. I was not paid to write this review. Other experiences may vary.
